Soul crushing. Dealing with abusive/emotionally taxing clientele, whom we are not always given the proper tools to help.management seems indifferent to any concerns regarding operations or policy. And the pay is terrible.

The company tries to put up a very positive facade to offset the amount of abuse that we must take from both managers and clientele.

They hire through a third party company (Aerotek), who streamlined the interview/hiring process. After one face to face and one phone interview, I was hired.

Rules need to be implimented to protect the workers from abusive customers. Pay needs to improve. Management needs to start acting like they care about our wellbeing.

I am a home agent, so I only ever interact with my coworkers via phone meetings, but in general they seem just as unhappy with the company as I do.
