I believe that the guests appreciate all the different departments BW has and the most unappreciated and most speculated is the breakfast department. They do a phenomenal job and should be recognized for such.

I think that the guests that come to our hotel are given the impression of friendliness, kindness and helpfulness. Many first time guests of BW become regulars after staying with us
