Leadership is destroying morale of IT staff. After 5 years of proven remote productivity, being forced back into an outdated, windowless, overcrowded office is a step backwards. My very lean IT team consistently delivers results and you are killing productivity and morale.
Traing for managment and staff, team building, get feedback from staff that have left after a very short time look into the wastage of food.

Stop playing favorites with staff members, actually work on training employees on best Western training online . Stop giving employees bare minimum benefits for working years for a company to just get a pay check. How about 401k, PTO , vision and dental benefits for thier family

Communication, be honest with people. Be upfront about what the job responsibilities are. Training was waiting for the other employee to wake up from his 2 hour nap.

If I ever need to miss work I get punished for it. They cut my hours because the housekeeping manager gets mad that I needed a day off because I was sick. It's consistent every time I need to take a day off.

March 25th the corporation has mass layoffs with immediate health insurance cancellation for most. This was done quickly with no prior warning from the company to employees that it was coming. All executives & management retained their positions. Remaining employees took substantial pay cuts.
