Management needs to change to make the company culture better. Management is spoiled and entitled. Her personal business she spread and got mad when discussed by others.

It can be positive at times, However it is quite often full of tension and resentments because of the management teams inability to make fair or sound decisions in regards to many of their employees. There is favoritism and it is not respectively earned.
