What makes me most happiest at work would be when I can solve a problem or assist a customer with something. Getting to know the impact that my job has makes me happy to do what I do.

The environment at BAF is like no other that I have been in. People enjoy their job and the relationships that we have with each other, it shows daily in everyone efforts to constantly help in any way. It is truly an open door policy at BAF.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I think everyone would say that they want/need more pay which is true . I believe that will come with time and knowledge but sometimes I feel that I constantly have to search for opportunities to grow my knowledge so that I can be in a place where I can be financially compensated.

The leadership team here at BAF not only focuses directly on the day to day but us as individuals. I know I am here to perform my job duties however I know that I can communicate with my direct leader(s) and other members of leadership at any time and always be treated fairly.

I work on a team that I would truly say is a book of knowledge, between the members on my team they have over 15 years of BAF experience. Their knowledge and drive to get things done are two of the top best qualities that I would say that they have. It has been a team effort in all we do.
