same or worst than any other company of their size, except you can not work from home, employee bonuses are meager at $250/500/750/1000/1250 depending on salary level. Management bonuses start at 10%. Payout dependent upon goals. medical/dental/etc are standard. They will not be leaders in salary or benefits. They target to be in the middle of the road.
401k, profit sharing to 401k (vested after 3 yrs), medical, dental, vision, bonus, 15 days PTO, 3 sick days, 10 holidays

Listen to input from employees. Realize you can't save and cost cut your way to growth. Understand happy employees = productive employees

Management meetings, many alphas and everyone needs to talk. few listen. Those who don't know tend to talk. Those who know, remain silent
Lacks cooperation and integration. New hires try hard but need coaching, which they don't get because their managers are talkers not doers

Its like a prison.Backstabbers everywhere. Politics rules. If you excel at being a YES man, publish fake results (all praise) then u succeed

The capable are frequently performing the role/job they applied for, but are often asked to take on addition roles w/ no added compensation
I'm paid fairly for my role. Problem is, they keep adding roles and but don't add more salary. The strategy is to use you until you break
