    same or worst than any other company of their size, except you can not work from home, employee bonuses are meager at $250/500/750/1000/1250 depending on salary level. Management bonuses start at 10%. Payout dependent upon goals. medical/dental/etc are standard. They will not be leaders in salary or benefits. They target to be in the middle of the road.

  • 3 camps. new hires, chosen princes/princess have high morale. Those who realize their chance of promotion is zero or near zero, have low morale. Those working towards retirement are coasting. I'd say the understand and practice the game of mediocrity
