same or worst than any other company of their size, except you can not work from home, employee bonuses are meager at $250/500/750/1000/1250 depending on salary level. Management bonuses start at 10%. Payout dependent upon goals. medical/dental/etc are standard. They will not be leaders in salary or benefits. They target to be in the middle of the road.
401k, profit sharing to 401k (vested after 3 yrs), medical, dental, vision, bonus, 15 days PTO, 3 sick days, 10 holidays

Lacks cooperation and integration. New hires try hard but need coaching, which they don't get because their managers are talkers not doers

Its like a prison.Backstabbers everywhere. Politics rules. If you excel at being a YES man, publish fake results (all praise) then u succeed

The capable are frequently performing the role/job they applied for, but are often asked to take on addition roles w/ no added compensation
I'm paid fairly for my role. Problem is, they keep adding roles and but don't add more salary. The strategy is to use you until you break
