- What needs to change to make the company culture better?They need to follow their own values and build trust by valuing their employees properly. Stop quiet firing and letting talented people walk out because you are unwilling to pay them fairly. This entitled attitude certainly doesn't "build trust," to quote one of Bio-Rad's "values."
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Develop employee engagement programs. Train executives how to support and retain their employees. Hold managers accountable for how they treat their direct-reports. Invest in training and development (and not just watching pre-recorded videos). Initiate a global corporate communication program.
