First off, the interviewer was very friendly and that helps a lot starting. I then felt comfortable and was able to show them how skillful I really am.

BJC has got to be the best well put together team. I mean I haven't experienced other healthcare facilities but I really don't think there could be a better healthcare organization such as BJC. It's an honor to work with this forever rising and gaining place of service. Thank you!

I was made for my position and it's nice that others can see this as well. I am rewarded every time a superior thanks me for my services. If I make a mistake, I'm talked to with respect and they teach me the proper way of that task with patience. This makes me want to do even better and do even more
