What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the senior leadership as they dictate the culture.
Caring, kindness, less judgey about poor black patients
The politics with managers needs to go away and there needs to be loyalty.
This is a health care facility that is fast paced. Many of the staff have been there many years and don't want to change.
