What do you like best about the leadership team?
BJC has got to be the best well put together team. I mean I haven't experienced other healthcare facilities but I really don't think there could be a better healthcare organization such as BJC. It's an honor to work with this forever rising and gaining place of service. Thank you!

We remain with our Father up in Heaven during every task and every second.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This is a health care facility that is fast paced. Many of the staff have been there many years and don't want to change.

I loe my job. I look forward to each day because its fun to work there.

I was made for my position and it's nice that others can see this as well. I am rewarded every time a superior thanks me for my services. If I make a mistake, I'm talked to with respect and they teach me the proper way of that task with patience. This makes me want to do even better and do even more
