I feel very tied to Boomi and not wanting to leave, but I think that the transition from Chris McNabb to David Meredith was a big one and we do not have as much visibility to David as we did Chris. I can see him being someone that gets vested in the IPO and then bails

Currently there is a hyperfocus on sales/sales people/bending over for sales and the ops side of things get steam rolled or pushed to the edge because they have a superiority complex since the executives have such a large focus on them.

Instead of offering high ticket item rewards to basically sales (yes I get ops has a chance too, but it is really sales) offer actual bonuses to make up for the 8% hike we just saw in the cost of living.
