What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is in line with current market expectations.

Annual bonus - used to be guaranteed based on company performance but now that it's individually based it is less of an attractive compensation

The PTO system -- I feel like my managers are interested in my work-life balance, which make me more inclined to give 100% when I'm at work.
