Currently there is a hyperfocus on sales/sales people/bending over for sales and the ops side of things get steam rolled or pushed to the edge because they have a superiority complex since the executives have such a large focus on them.

Start over with new leadership that understands the software space. Leadership here is clueless - with all competitors holding on tight to their top talent, why did this leadership cut 85 employees to save $27M? Not sure, but sounds like bad decisions to me..
