I feel like I'm respected and fairly compensated.

The small team culture -- I immediately felt like part of the team upon joining boomi. I love it!

I always feel like my coworkers are interested in helping me grow and learn. I never feel like I can't ask questions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO system -- I feel like my managers are interested in my work-life balance, which make me more inclined to give 100% when I'm at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
None of the people I work with ever seem particularly stressed with work, which makes the whole experience more relaxed -- I do my best work when I'm comfortable and relaxed.
