Value all voices in your organization - it is not hard, every person has a voice and opinion. Listen, advise and make strong decisions. The floundering that goes on with Boomi is beyond scary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Start over with new leadership that understands the software space. Leadership here is clueless - with all competitors holding on tight to their top talent, why did this leadership cut 85 employees to save $27M? Not sure, but sounds like bad decisions to me..
