What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is completely disconnected from the pulse of the employees. Perks have been taken away. Our time is often wasted with long company meetings about how great the company is doing, shouting out executive leadership but NEVER recognizing the hard working people below the ELT.

Overwhelmed, Too much work to complete, everyones priorities dictate what we work on.

Lack of focused efforts; everything is a priority so nothing is a priority. Better communication from leadership; this feedback has been provided continuously and it has not gotten better. Orgs/functions work well together and collaborate, but often have 1 or 2 team members that cause friction.
