If we been paid according to our market rate. I still believe I am underpaid.

I have visibility into the salary bands, and as a person noted as a high performer, I'm not at the target salary level. And without career paths, it's an indeterminate time before I'm recognized for the work I'm doing. I have reports who make nearly my base salary.
