Start over with new leadership that understands the software space. Leadership here is clueless - with all competitors holding on tight to their top talent, why did this leadership cut 85 employees to save $27M? Not sure, but sounds like bad decisions to me..

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no clear understanding of why some people are paid more than me for the same job. Specifically people that do not have as much experience as I do. I don't feel that I am paid appropriately for the experience, leadership and knowledge that I bring to the table.

If you don't have any existing customers at Boomi and only build up new customers, you will never reach your goals.

Mainly due to rapid escalation of pay scales of new hires. The current employees have not had pay adjustments for 2 yers or followed Dell policies which are not market orientated

Most of my team I work great with. One person does not help support events, drive the same business or communicates what she/he are doing that effects my territory.

Lead believes they are a Supervisor vs. helpful resources, past Director didn't direct, but New Director feels like they are more hands on with everyone.
