We just collaborate so well for a small team.

Transparency and just seems well in control of meeting our company goals

I get great health benefits and all around additional benefit options. I also believe I'm very fairly compensated.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Aside from general interview questions, we often give candidates interview exercises to complete to gauge their technical skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entire culture is collaborative and although we are broken up into smaller teams, it still feels like it's one giant team working together.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's win win in every way. I feel rewarded for the work I do, work with fantastic co-workers, enjoy the customers I work with, and am fairly compensated.
