My counterparts with less experience and education earn higher wages. I see many promotions take place that don't align with experience.
I struggle with an honest answer on this one also. It's a good environment if you work under a fair and reasonable manager and supportive team. It's not a very good environment to work in if you work under a manager that is controlling, unreasonable and a deep lack of empathy or support.
