My team are good bt management poor

Every one is easy to get along with

Review from Customer Support Dept

Diverse and really knowledgeable on their field

Individuals are driven and intelligent. People really do strive to think outside of the box in terms of traditional O&G ways of doing things.

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Tell the truth be open

Communication and training is needed, and complaints should be taken seriously and addressed until resolved. Someone meeds to be paying attention. The liabillity alone is scary.

Care about work, motivate others instead of frowning on them.

The communication needs to improve

The "cut throat" nature of oil and gas permiates uncontrolled manner at bp. Consulting and other contracting companies are shocked by this. The "Deepwater Horizon" incident didn't come from no where. Deep seated cultural issues are still present at bp.

Better equipment , better hours, more time away from this prison

They need to be willing to go the extra mile with you and not leave all the work to a select few

Review from Sales Dept

Get new management and retrain all over again

Review from Sales Dept

The coworkers are good, it is the management strategy that is poor. There are no leaders here

Review from Engineering Dept
