It is well structured with a clear sense of direction instead of just being full of headless chickens
It was very diverse once we became BP America. There was more economic opportunity for other minorities.
We have a strong unity and we all look after eachother
motivated, challenged, encouraged, supported and
they support you and always available for advise
Hire different people other than heath hunt
planning and Commnication, safety and transparency
Hiding abuse, pushing everything v under the carpet and being weak on eco - pathetic
Supporting their staff instead of following their own agenda
less hypocritical thinking, more actual leadership and management
After 5 years are 401K became vested rather we stayed with the company or not we could take it with us and just roll it over.
I'm a lower level operational / functional manager and quite happy with the overall package.
full medical plan and yearly stock option.
I was a contractor, so compensation package was hourly pay only, but it was generous so that I could afford to pay for everything myself.
Working for honest people who were not driven by profits only.
I was the highest paid person for my age in the uk at my first maternity leave, then after i forever went backwards with 4 children
BP has cut hours to 32 a week and also took away all vacation. Pathetic for a company that is making record profits every quarter.
More options to work remotely
My counterparts with less experience and education earn higher wages. I see many promotions take place that don't align with experience.
Well currently waiting for housing a place to confterbaly structure my life it's really hard without any confterbility ? Can I ask for a dividend increase please
hard working, knowledgeable, great craftsmanship
Experienced, and work as a peer review team
They have a One Team attitude.
Professionals who stay on topic with efficient meetings
Respect each other and use experience to help others new to the company.
Tell the truth be open
Communication and training is needed, and complaints should be taken seriously and addressed until resolved. Someone meeds to be paying attention. The liabillity alone is scary.
Care about work, motivate others instead of frowning on them.
The communication needs to improve
The "cut throat" nature of oil and gas permiates uncontrolled manner at bp. Consulting and other contracting companies are shocked by this. The "Deepwater Horizon" incident didn't come from no where. Deep seated cultural issues are still present at bp.
BP - America, Durango set the standard for safety, environmental concerns, and quality.
diversify and Inclusive environment at my company
diversity, inclusion and the design team are amazing
The diversity and inclusion is great
I struggle with an honest answer on this one also. It's a good environment if you work under a fair and reasonable manager and supportive team. It's not a very good environment to work in if you work under a manager that is controlling, unreasonable and a deep lack of empathy or support.
upper management, HR, polices, training
The whole system and company need to change towards training and employing
Improve equipment and working environment at the core, transparency greater integrity, work to legislation
rethink HR and their accountabilities, better senior leadership
Complete evaluation of middle management, during "bp reinvent" so much focus was spent on the top half of organisation that the remainder e.g. vast majority of employees were simply left behind. There has been so much talent leakage from bp over the last few years... Seriously ask Why?
the feedback from the interview set you up for success
the interview process carries both value and technical skills and fairly evaluated
It was quick and straightforward
fair considerate polite and designed to provide a chance to show the best of yourself
It was very behavioral based and predictable
Its needs to be more in-depth not just employ anyone
really poor HR and their support, often lies, and lack of accountabilities , misinforming candidates about roles , employment contract more typical for contractors than permanent roles
More diversity and transparency is needed at interview panels. Do simply hire someone because they worked so and so
Hr are a joke and your just left in the dark
Improve the pace seriously its glacial pace
Review from Business Development Dept

keeping busy with my work
Review from Operations Dept
My work team, staying in front of planning and execution
there is a Comfortable work environment
Everyone seems to be out to get each other. Management is fostering a toxic work environment with no support.
No one is buying the transition story, simply bp was late to party and at this stage is simply an unwanted guest.
Debt rules this company... all they're concerned with is this years cash flow.
The office is hopeless and your aways on the back foot when you get to the costumer
Managers need to be held more accountable for team environment
