It is well structured with a clear sense of direction instead of just being full of headless chickens

It was very diverse once we became BP America. There was more economic opportunity for other minorities.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire different people other than heath hunt

planning and Commnication, safety and transparency

Hiding abuse, pushing everything v under the carpet and being weak on eco - pathetic

Supporting their staff instead of following their own agenda

less hypocritical thinking, more actual leadership and management
