the feedback from the interview set you up for success

the interview process carries both value and technical skills and fairly evaluated

It was quick and straightforward

fair considerate polite and designed to provide a chance to show the best of yourself

It was over quickly!!! I did not like the fact that they wanted tou to answer questions that did not pertain to your job

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Its needs to be more in-depth not just employ anyone

really poor HR and their support, often lies, and lack of accountabilities , misinforming candidates about roles , employment contract more typical for contractors than permanent roles

More diversity and transparency is needed at interview panels. Do simply hire someone because they worked so and so

Hr are a joke and your just left in the dark

Improve the pace seriously its glacial pace
