No oversight, no real management and sny issues brought up go unresolved. Ive honestly never seem sich a mess and I'm just hoping management can either step up so I can stay, or make me a manager so I can fix things myself. It's painful to watch these stores being so mismanaged.

Things getting done and running smoothly.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and training is needed, and complaints should be taken seriously and addressed until resolved. Someone meeds to be paying attention. The liabillity alone is scary.
