I had a very good experience working for BP America
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It was very diverse once we became BP America. There was more economic opportunity for other minorities.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do and the people I work with and I love dealing with the customers internal and external.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
After 5 years are 401K became vested rather we stayed with the company or not we could take it with us and just roll it over.
