The company has changed over time as we have grown, most changes feel normal but have affected morale across the company as we have a number of employees that have been here since we opened

They do seem to care about everyones well being and do try to keep people informed on what the company is doing and why we are doing it.

Our company doesn't do a good job at assessing the market and keeping employees paid for what the market is paying. The merit increases are very low compared to industry average as well which isn't motivating.
