Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better market comparison would help. Radford data isn't always the best thing to look at to understand the whole picture. More needs to be done, especially to retain employees that have been here over 5 years. Too often do I hear about people taking their sabbatical then leaving.

I know I'm making less than market for my base pay. My bonuses have typically been good, but it's unsettling to know the guaranteed part is below market.

The company offered competitive compensation a few years back but hasn't taken the appropriate steps to increase pay for current employees. If there was an across-the-board review of compensation with a goal of at least matching other similar companies, that'd certainly help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very collaborative and there is a good balance of hybrid allowance for deep work and in person attendance for collaboration.
