What is the best part about your compensation package?
Anything that could come up in real life during my workday, CarGurus already has resources to support. We are thought of in aspects I have never experienced. Lunch, snacks, wellness spaces, occasional options to see a masseuse, chiropractor, etc. right in our building. It's really incredible.

High base pay with all employees participating in the equity program. Also bonus is paid very fairly.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is welcoming and wants to see you do well. Often having a competitive nature within a sales team can create friction and conflict, but it's the opposite here. One person's success doesn't take away from another persons. Everyone is creative, supportive, and fun to interact with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage us to take the steps needed in order to succeed. Whether it be doing phone calls in a phone room, meditating, working from home, etc. I've never felt as though I'm restricted as a person or an employee at CarGurus.
