I have been here a short time and the management structure seems adequate, but the persons at each position have varied levels of ability to lead successfully within their roles.

I have a variable commute from 50 - 100 minutes each direction. I would appreciate teh ability to work remotely 20% of the work week and spend the commute hours on more of my work day and some exercise to prevent repetitive strain from sittiing at the computer.
