Being paid a wage that would be comparable if not better than what I would be making on the clinic floor being a tech. I've worked at privately owned hospitals that cover 100% of the cost of their staff's medical insurance, but at Carrington my coverage already got increased before 1 year of employ

I feel undervalued because this company does not offer things to assure we are feeling heard. We care more about students vs employees, when it should be the same. I would feel better about compensation if my job ended after enrolling a student.

Return our benefits to us. Pay us the 401K matching at a competitive rate. Do not expect management level duties from and instructor that is not paid as a manager or given the title of program director. Stop putting people that are unqualified in our field in charge of our program reviews.

My wage was not proportionally increased according to my previous rate when minimum wage was changed in California. I had bargained for a rate that was above minimum wage salary upon hire.

The benefits have been shrinking every year. No 401k matching even though they say maybe every year. No profit sharing. Increased cost share for health care. no uniform allowance. no allowance for required courses for licensure or even association dues. We are professionals.

I carried 3 classes for over half a year understaffed during my first year and still have yet to see a raise. I know my co workers make more than I do and I have been here the longest. I feel undervalued due to my direct supervisor & the CAD.
