My wage was not proportionally increased according to my previous rate when minimum wage was changed in California. I had bargained for a rate that was above minimum wage salary upon hire.

The benefits have been shrinking every year. No 401k matching even though they say maybe every year. No profit sharing. Increased cost share for health care. no uniform allowance. no allowance for required courses for licensure or even association dues. We are professionals.
