Benefits, clear roles and boundaries. Do not call instructors "Lead Instructors" and treat them like program directors when they are not and aren't paid like they are. Contribute to 401K. The average matching in our area is 6%. You haven't given us the "up to 2%" that we were told was on the table.

Seeing their employees as human beings and not only as producers. We are in the business of education for profit and all to often "profit" is the only thing we hear from up high. Sure the town meetings preach family, but it does not feel like family when you are seeing members walked out.

Compassion, being MORE understanding and patient with adn towards BRAND new staff. I feel that every time I talk to my colleagues in private (confidentially) this gets back to my current manager and therefore I cannot confide in anyone. It is a TOXIC environment where I can't wait to get away from.
