select people with skills and knowledge .. dont select people based on religion and region
pay hike is dependent performance of Business unit , one person gets the project into RED then entire business unit gets the impact
Leadership team is big time into promoting network of people who are good with the management, HR is very powerful (doesn't work at all)
good people with no motivation to work , less project to learn new skills/technologies, once in bench life comes to halt .. look for better job and move otherwise no project and get fired
