The first year at CNB was great. Since then, I have seen a huge rotation in my team (14 people). There is a lack of leadership skills to create a good working environment. Human resources need to develop a clear career development plans for employees and incentives to reach exceptional goals

My perception is that my salary is at least 20% under the market value. I would feel better if CNB adjust the salary to the inflation we have experienced in Miami
