I have enjoyed learning the CNB culture and being part of executing the overall strategy.

Overall, my experience at the company has been positive. I've had the chance to grow, take on meaningful work, and collaborate with some great people.

At CNB if you are willing to work hard, show dedication to our customers and your fellow employees, then you will be rewarded. Rewards come in the form of pay, bonuses, recognition prizes, etc. CNB is a high paced, growth-oriented business, and you need to be comfortable working in that pace.

I have only been at the company for about 8 months, and it is the most valued I have ever felt. I have been at other institutions for longer periods of time and never feeling so part of the company like I do here.

General over-communication and through initiatives it is clear they care about company employees and their families.

Highly competitive salary and incentive.

One of the best parts for me is the flexibility that comes with the package.

I am and have always been very happy with my compensation package with CNB. Salary, bonus, insurance benefits, 401K match, etc. are all excellent.

Treat me fair, pay me a nice wage, pat me on the back once in a while and I am good....

I dont' feel undervalued and I have had increases in salary the past three years that have made me very grateful to the company but I do feel because I have been at the Bank for some time that it is not at market for what I do in my role.

Collaboration and comradery. We are able to freely bounce ideas around.

One of the best things about my team is how supportive everyone is.

Despite all of the members of our Team having individual goals, everyone is always willing to support, help and assist each other. Everyone truly cares about each other.

We are all very open to helping each other, no one feels they are above anyone else.

My team is very diverse, everyone has their own strengths and I lean on those traits. Most of my employees are what I call "High Professional"...meaning they like the work they do and are very good at it. They are SME and very consistent.

We work very hard to move towards being the best.

CNBs culture is one of recognition and reward. This doesn't end at the doors, they are very actively involved in each of the communities in which it serves.

Everyone is so friendly. You walk the halls and people go out of their way to say hello and introduce themselves if they notice a new face.

Coming from another Bank a few years back where management created a poor work environment by being overly critical and condescending to their staff and work partners. Here I see collaboration and appreciative behaviors where we are teammates not adversaries.

There are a lot of perks for employees and a strong sense of culture that brings people together.

My cuban coffee and bagel from the cafeteria downstairs. And let's not forget my team.

Having the ability to make decisions and less silos. Having that autonomy to make decisions that benefit clients and my team is rewarding.
