I enjoy what I do and it is great to see the impact of the growth of CNB and know I play a part in that. The company has amazing benefits it offers its employees.

Longest institution I have worked for. I am excited to be a part of the growth strategy and that I have the ability to be a leader. My manager has been absolutely the most supportive leader.

They actively participate in delivering the Bank's goals and objectives.

Having the ability to make decisions and less silos. Having that autonomy to make decisions that benefit clients and my team is rewarding.

Being able to be effective and efficient at my job. I strive to achieve results. I like that CNB has a structure to make decisions quickly.

Health care coverage is phenomenal. Most of my family's care is covered with little out of pocket. While the interest environment has been challenging, the bank continued to pay bonuses.

I would like bonuses to be tied to performance. I would like my performance to be considered with potential promotions not just with how long I have been with the Bank.

While we are growing, our culture is a strong influence on what makes us CNB. Our leadership does a great job through High Five awards, employee lunches, CNB holiday party in recognizing us.

Everyone works hard and cares about the job they deliver. Its exciting to see new employees join and fit in to our mix and it feels our organization attracts a certain type of people that work hard.

I dont' feel undervalued and I have had increases in salary the past three years that have made me very grateful to the company but I do feel because I have been at the Bank for some time that it is not at market for what I do in my role.
