It's all about doing the best we can to serve our customers. Respect and teamwork are a big part of the culture. Minimal bureaucracy and hierarchy. And fun.

I can't narrow it down to one thing. My contribution is valued and appreciated. I have fun at meetings. I learn. We are a smart group of people that I am inspired by regularly.
