The team is funny, intelligent, and dependable.
We all help each other succeed. I don't feel like there is a single person on the team who intentionally causes conflict or makes things difficult for other team members. We all have similar "work hard to play hard" attitudes and everyone takes the work seriously.
Everyone works remotely but I can get a hold of someone for support if I need it.
They are great with training and helping to answer questions.
Collaborative, creative, and honest. The team is always willing to jump in and help, even if it's in other departments.
We really need to optimize communication to include remote workers more. Sometimes it feels like if you are not physically in the office for a day, you miss a lot. Announcements and updates can be shared more via e-blasts to help with that.
