It went reeeeally well until sales dipped a little bit. True leadership is shown in adversity, but the CEO has shown his poor leadership

Great company to work for

I have only been with ClearGov for a short time, but I already feel like this is the best company I have worked for. Management does care about its employees as individuals and I feel like my work is recognized on a daily basis.

I have fun every day. I have the autonomy to do my job, be creative, and feel heard when I present ideas. I feel supported and love the culture.

The leadership team is made up of "real" people - they are human and trying their best, are passionate to change communities for the better, and try to get to know you as an individual.

They are very down to earth.

The leadership team truly believes in our products, mission, and core values, they truly walk the walk.

They are data driven and receptive to feedback.

Communication is lacking in the extreme.

I believe as a start-up we are paid fairly and competitively and know we're striving to be better all the time.

The salary is competitive and the company offers a 401k match.

The team is funny, intelligent, and dependable.

We all help each other succeed. I don't feel like there is a single person on the team who intentionally causes conflict or makes things difficult for other team members. We all have similar "work hard to play hard" attitudes and everyone takes the work seriously.

Everyone works remotely but I can get a hold of someone for support if I need it.

They are great with training and helping to answer questions.

Collaborative, creative, and honest. The team is always willing to jump in and help, even if it's in other departments.

We really need to optimize communication to include remote workers more. Sometimes it feels like if you are not physically in the office for a day, you miss a lot. Announcements and updates can be shared more via e-blasts to help with that.
