What are some of the best things about your team?
People with ClearGov prior to the merger are great. The folks that came iver from Gravity, especially the execs are not fit for their roles.

The team is funny, intelligent, and dependable.
We all help each other succeed. I don't feel like there is a single person on the team who intentionally causes conflict or makes things difficult for other team members. We all have similar "work hard to play hard" attitudes and everyone takes the work seriously.
Everyone works remotely but I can get a hold of someone for support if I need it.
We truly care and support each other. I learn from them and they learn from me constantly.
The team is just that, a team. We work together to make sure everyone has a chance to succeed.
As a leader, I am so grateful for my team and their willingness to help each other out. I'm fairly new, and my team has been instrumental in helping me get up to speed on our products, our clients, and the company in general. They are hardworking and a lot of fun!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We really need to optimize communication to include remote workers more. Sometimes it feels like if you are not physically in the office for a day, you miss a lot. Announcements and updates can be shared more via e-blasts to help with that.
