It's all about doing the best we can to serve our customers. Respect and teamwork are a big part of the culture. Minimal bureaucracy and hierarchy. And fun.
I love how supportive everyone is. Nobody is "above" helping someone els out.
We have a culture committee that plans a lot of fun events for the team. It's a way to bring everyone together to have some laughs and get to know each other. Culture is extremely important to ClearGov and we don't just say we have a great culture; we live it every day.
