What did you like most about the interview process?

Really understand the needs of the business, how my role impacts the bottom line, and getting a sense of who I'd be working with and for.

I felt like each step of the process had a good reason behind it and that my time was not wasted.

I was able to meet the team I would be working with.

It was conversational and deep. It was focused on reality and personal experiences; not on theoretical scenarios.

Each of the department heads took the time to meet with me during the interview process. It really showed how much ClearGov cares about getting the entire team's approval.

To be fair, I was brought in by another employee at the company, so my process may have been different, but I really liked how the conversations centered around the mission of the organization and what they needed help with. It was very conversational and natural, not scripted and awkward.

In addition to drilling into skills and experiences, ClearGov interviews also emphasis cultural fit.

It was straightforward. Nowadays, a lot of companies have silly hoops that you have to jump through, not ClearGov. Interview with my Manager. The second interview was with my, now, team. The third interview was with the VP of my department. A refreshing process.
