The leadership team is made up of "real" people - they are human and trying their best, are passionate to change communities for the better, and try to get to know you as an individual.

They are very down to earth.

Our Leadership team REALLY values employees. This past December, our two founders drove to every local employees house delivering holiday gifts. For several employees, this was the first time they met the founders due to the pandemic. Many companies say they care, but ClearGov shows they care!
