Our Leadership team REALLY values employees. This past December, our two founders drove to every local employees house delivering holiday gifts. For several employees, this was the first time they met the founders due to the pandemic. Many companies say they care, but ClearGov shows they care!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The whole package is good and I like that there is a base salary and a quarterly MBO - it's nice to be recognized for extra effort and results.

What are some of the best things about your team?

To be fair, I was brought in by another employee at the company, so my process may have been different, but I really liked how the conversations centered around the mission of the organization and what they needed help with. It was very conversational and natural, not scripted and awkward.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Hearing from clients about how we've helped them produce great financial documents. Going from mountains of paper and spreadsheets to an interactive, online budget has help our clients save time, be more transparent to their communities, and win prestigious awards. I also love my team!
