As a transparency company, the leadership team embodies that methodology at its core. They communicate goals and objectives effectively and create a roadmap to success.
What makes you most happy at work?
The impact that our product makes on my customers. I can see a noticeable difference in the amount of time and effort they need to improve transparency in their community, which brings me the most joy.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straightforward. Nowadays, a lot of companies have silly hoops that you have to jump through, not ClearGov. Interview with my Manager. The second interview was with my, now, team. The third interview was with the VP of my department. A refreshing process.
