What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership actually listens and encourages feedback and input. I really feel like my opinion and ideas are valued and heard here. Not only that, they care about their staffs well being and do everything they can to make our lives and jobs better.

The leaders are in the trenches right along side you. They share best practices and their wisdom gained from experience. You are not starting off with a "good luck", but rather a team of people giving you the tools to do better!

What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing people who are experts in their field. There's not a single person on the team that I think doesn't do an amazing job. Not only that but we are like a family here and everyone is very approachable. It's a wonderful team.

The ClearGov team is extremely easy to get along and work with. Since the day I started everybody has been very warm and welcoming and I see the same thing whenever someone new starts. We all communicate effectively to make sure we're on the same page and we all help each other out however we can.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We really need to optimize communication to include remote workers more. Sometimes it feels like if you are not physically in the office for a day, you miss a lot. Announcements and updates can be shared more via e-blasts to help with that.

It's what I've always looked for - smart driven people doing their best and having a lot of fun along the way.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to speak to several people in the organization and several of my peers who gave a realistic view of what the job would be like.
