I've been with ClearGov for almost 3 years now and it's the best company I've ever worked for. The team, our products, the leadership are all amazing and the company is like a rocket ship in terms of our growth and success. It's an amazing feeling to be part of such an impressive team and company!

Livable wage, good benefits, equity in the company, what more could you ask for?
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing others sharing in my success and accomplishments and them being just as excited as I am!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and clear with us employees. Sure some large decisions are made behind closed doors but they tell us about them and ask for our input.

Everyone is enthusiastic and helpful while also having a friendly competitive thing going on. This team is sharp and we all really care about the company, our mission, and our customers.

We have the best culture and people here. It's amazing and unlike any other company I've worked for. We hire the best people and hold onto them for a reason here!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is amazing here at ClearGov. They're open, honest and direct with all of us. They share the same presentation that board members see with all of us and are happy to take questions and to speak to anything.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing people who are experts in their field. There's not a single person on the team that I think doesn't do an amazing job. Not only that but we are like a family here and everyone is very approachable. It's a wonderful team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They practice what we preach and are very transparent with the team about their decisions and the process to get there. Not only that, they truly care about the team and each employee and we're all welcome to meet and chat with them about anything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership actually listens and encourages feedback and input. I really feel like my opinion and ideas are valued and heard here. Not only that, they care about their staffs well being and do everything they can to make our lives and jobs better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
While the sales team and staff are competitive by nature, we also have an amazing dynamic here where people genuinely want to help one another. We all share in each others successes and share best practices and what is working vs what isn't. It's a very fun and collaborative team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Sales team member here for context. While I think our base pay is average or maybe even low for the area, the product sells itself and you easily make up for the base pay via your commissions along with having great benefits. Favorite benefits being able to work remote, take as much PTO as I want.
