Worked there for less than a year before finding somewhere else. Toxic culture and should be avoided.

While the design is good on the frontend there is NO focus or thought on the editor/content experience making it hard to use what they have developed for you

one of the best experiences I have had and its what makes me want to work here even more.

I wake up everyday happy to go to work, which I think is most important. It isn't something that negatively impacts my life, but something that brings excitement and value to it.

Barely any communication within or between teams, but this is the standard that leadership has set.

This absolutely needs to be balanced with working collaboratively with teammates, empowering others, and being transparent. Know what you're talking about, don't be boring, care about your work, and execute your way to the top.
