Code and Theory is a culture of sharing, we are constantly sharing ideas and information. We support each other and don't let each other down and genuinely care about one another.

very open and comfortable setting
We have implemented a ton of programs that help boost overall morale and company culture. We are a culture of extreme collaboration, hard work, humility and knowing when to ask questions and to ask for help.
Would be nice to have some transparency and career development opportunities, also it seems like C&T is the only agency that prefers to hire externally instead of promoting from within - this is hurting the morale of the company greatly.

The people I work with makes me feel like its a family environment
The relationships I have with my coworkers. The work we do is real and solves problems which is exciting.
Unfortunately, the company is moving, and this move is putting a pause on any of the characteristics that made C&T what it was. After Stagwell bought majority shares in the company and Michael Treff became the head of the organization C&T has not been the same, and is continually losing business.
