What kind of people succeed at Code and Theory?
People who are willing to do "anything" it takes to get to the top.
Highly intelligent and creative people with great social skills. The mantra at Code is "don't ask permission, ask for forgiveness", meaning if you can hold your own and do great work, the company is always happy to keep elevating the ownership you have over projects. This absolutely needs to be balanced with working collaboratively with teammates, empowering others, and being transparent. Know what you're talking about, don't be boring, care about your work, and execute your way to the top.
